Lima City Schools held a Training Day for its staff at RightWay Food Service. The day included a team building activity presented by RightWay Vice President Dirk Rummel. Lima staff members were split up into teams and provided with various materials to build a cocoon for an egg. The cocoon was then dropped to see if it would protect the egg from breaking.

Some of RightWay's vendor lines also came in to talk about menu planning options in schools, introduce new product ideas, and provide lunch.
