When can I get deliveries?

Weekly deliveries are available throughout Ohio with RightWay's delivery fleet.

What is the minimum for deliveries?
|
|
Orders less than $400 will have a delivery charge.
|
|
What are the business hours for customer pick up?
|
|
Customers can pick up product at our facility in Lima, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Call ahead at 1-800-451-3663 to check the availability of the product and to prepare the order.

What are the office hours?

|
RightWay office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

What are the order times and cut off for call-ins?
|
|
A. Next day delivery order cut-off is 3:30 pm
B. Next day delivery cut-off for fresh meats is 2:00 pm
C. Next day delivery cut-off for cut produce is 12:00 pm
D. Milk cut-off is 1:30 pm on Mondays and 9:30 am on Thursdays.

How can I get nurtitional information?

Nutrition sheets are available on our website in our product catalog. You can also contact your RightWay sales representative or customer service.

Does RightWay split or break cases?
|
|
RightWay Food Service does split/break many items. You can find out which items apply on our online product catalog or by contacting your RightWay sales representative or customer service.

How do I find out about flyers, items on sale, and new items?
|
|
RightWay has a monthly sales flyer, hot sheet, and seasonal flyers and promotions. Sales flyers and promotions are posted on our website under the 'Products' section in the website menu bar. You can also sign up for RightWay e-News to receive sales and promotions through email.

How can I get an online order guide?
|
|
